_DMEA - Application deadline and exhibitor variants
Application Deadline
1.Exhibitors with a Partner Package (order of rank: Gold – Silver – Bronze) will be placed with priority. Please register until 1st of July, from September the placements of all other exhibitors will start.
2. Exhibitors from the previous year that have applied until 1st September 2024, will receive the same placement if desired and subject to availability.
3. All other registered exhibitors will be placed “first come first serve” after entry of the stand application.
Important: We do not have a registration deadline - except for exhibitors from the previous year: we place exhibitors on a first come, first served basis.
The different forms of trade fair participation:
- Exclusive Gold, Silver and Bronze Partner Packages: Preferential stand placement, inclusion of themes in DMEA networking events, wide and varied marketing package (more information: page partner-packages).
- Classic Trade Fair participation (basic package): Stand area booking with own stand construction work, stand area booking plus complete offer construction
- Themed Pavilions/combined display areas/Focus areas: Complete stands at special conditions at themed pavilions with combined displays. The all-round package for companies, startups, science and research institutions, universities and associations.

Co-exhibitors: In order for co-exhibitors to appear in the online catalogue and in the app, they must be registered. A Media Package Starter (330 euros) will be charged per co-exhibitor.
All prices are net prices and are subject to statutory VAT.

Media Package - the digital Marketing Package
With the Media Package, Messe Berlin offers its DMEA exhibitors a package of selected marketing tools to optimize their participation in the trade fair and their presence on the market.
The Media Package includes an extensive presence in the digital media of DMEA: the exhibitor overview, the DMEA online platform and the DMEA app.
The exhibitor overview is integrated into the DMEA website. Here, interested parties can initially find all exhibitor and program information quickly, conveniently and easily. On the DMEA online platform, there are extensive networking opportunities in addition to exhibitor and product presentations. The DMEA app is the smart companion for the on-site visits. Your exhibitor entry is identical in all 3 channels.
The costs for the Media Package are charged to exhibitors and co-exhibitors in the form of a mandatory contribution fee, which is invoiced to the main exhibitor. To ensure that this is optimally tailored to the individual requirements of our exhibitors, we have provided for a sliding scale of the flat-rate contribution fee. The amount and scope of the fee depend on the size of the stand. However, a higher-value package (upgrade) can also be booked.

Your data will be uploaded to the DMEA's digital media from February 2025 . You will then receive your access to the data processing area by e-mail. The media package is valid for one year. During this time, you can update your entry at any time.
